The thought occurred to me that, when my mom comes to Tokyo in March, she could totally bring my Shikieiki cosplay and I could do a photoshoot under the sakura trees during the blooming season.

I would’ve returned to A-Kon this year, but I’m in summer school. T____T Not to mention I hadn’t reserved a pass, so now it’s as expensive as it can get to buy one. I also don’t have near enough time to whip up a costume because it took about three weeks for the last one, most of the time spent just trying to track down materials.
I cosplayed Shikieiki last year from Touhou and went to a surprisingly large Touhou photoshoot, this year I’d been considering Reimu or Byakuren [adding Peacock to that list since about a month ago]. I’d say I’d go next summer, but I’ll still be abroad. I DON’T QUITE KNOW THE ATTITUDE ON FOREIGNERS JOINING THE BIG JAPANESE CONS…
That’s okay, I’ll just get the scoop on the con from my friends who are going. \o/
